Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We want you to feel confident when purchasing art from Sianti Gallery. If, for any reason, your purchase is not quite right for you, you have the right to return it in accordance with the policy below.

Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your artwork, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within this period so we can guide you through the return process.

Return Conditions

Returned artworks must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received. Whenever possible, we recommend using the original packaging to ensure the artwork is adequately protected during transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and, if possible, include photographs of both the artwork and its packaging.
We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds & Replacements

Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, we will contact you regarding the next steps.

Whenever possible, we are happy to help you find another artwork that better suits your preferences. If this is not the right solution, a refund will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights.
