Shipping & Delivery

At Sianti Gallery, every artwork is carefully prepared, packed and shipped to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. From the moment your order is confirmed until it reaches its destination, we pay close attention to every stage of the delivery process, whether within Greece or internationally. Below you will find useful information about preparing, shipping and receiving your order.

Order Preparation

Your order is prepared once payment has been confirmed. Most orders are dispatched within 4–5 business days. However, certain artworks may require additional preparation, custom packaging or special handling. Should extra time be required, our team will contact you to keep you informed.

Shipping within Greece

Orders within Greece are delivered through our trusted courier partners. Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on the destination and shipping conditions.
For oversized or particularly fragile artworks, alternative transportation may be arranged following consultation with you.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
International deliveries are handled through DHL to ensure reliable and secure transportation of your artwork.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and may be affected by customs procedures or other local factors. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging & Artwork Protection

Every artwork is professionally packed using high-quality protective materials to ensure safe transportation. Original artworks are shipped with insured delivery, providing additional protection while in transit. For limited editions, prints and other multiples, insured shipping may not always be available. However, the same high standards of packaging and care are applied to every shipment.

Large & Special Shipments

Some artworks require specialised transportation due to their size, weight or nature. In these cases, our team will contact you to arrange the most suitable shipping method and provide information regarding delivery times and shipping costs before dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout for orders within Greece. For deliveries within Greece, orders with a value of €130 or more qualify for free shipping.
International shipping costs, as well as deliveries requiring specialised handling, are quoted individually. Our team will always contact you before your order is confirmed.
For oversized artworks or shipments requiring specialised handling, shipping costs are calculated individually. We will always contact you before completing your order.
